Special AGM – A special AGM was held last Sunday in MCCC. 189
members were present, meeting the quorum of 146. Number of
approved ballots required to accept an agenda item was 126. All
agenda items (Motion 1 to approve the Special Resolution of Members
of Milliken Chinese Community Church to continue the church under
the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act and Motion 2 to authorize
the ECB to change the use of leftover funds from the 2006 Short Term
Mission trip to Finland) were approved.
