a. Membership Meeting – 161 members voted in the Membership Meeting
(54.9% of all church members). Both Membership Meeting motions (To
accept Steve Chao as 2017-18 deacon and to accept the 2017 MCCC
Financial Budget in the amount of $988,982.17) were accepted.
b. 2017 ECB Roles (see attached list)
c. MCCC 30th Anniversary Souvenir Envelopes and Stamps – MCCC 30th
Anniversary Souvenir Envelopes and Stamps will be sold in all
congregations starting on Sunday, January 1, 2017. The stamps are actual
Canada Post stamps and can be used for postage. Envelopes (with one
stamp each) will be sold at $10 and 12-stamp booklets will be sold at $40.
All proceeds from the Envelopes and Stamps sale will go to MCCC Building
Fund for church building expansion purposes.
d. Finance –
– The last day for submitting signed reimbursement claim form under the
2016 budget will be Sunday January 8, 2017. Any claim submitted after
the deadline will not be honored.
– Starting in 2017, we will use a new claim form for all reimbursement. All
2016 submissions, please use the current claim form.
