a. Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday (May 28). All church members
are encouraged to attend and cast their ballots for the following items on that day:
 Election of deacons 2018-2019.
 Endorsement of financial statements 2016 and auditor’s report.
 Endorsement of the church’s annual report 2016.
b. Following arrangements will place before the AGM:
 Before May 7, financial statements and auditor’s report will be posted on the
bulletin board outside church office.
 On May 7, brief introductions of all deacon election candidates will be inserted
in Sunday bulletins.
 On May 7, from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm, an information session will be held for
questions concerning financial statements.
c. The Thunder Bay STM that Milliken CCC is organizing has been rescheduled
to July 2-8. Please contact Rev. Vincent Lee for details and registration.
d. Pastoral Role: As of June 1, 2017, Rev. Vincent Lee will serve as the leading
pastor of Cantonese Congregation and the advisory pastor of English
Congregation in Milliken CCC. May the Lord continue to bless Rev. Lee in his
new serving roles.
