B. Members can vote electronically online between May 14 and May 27.
An email with voting instructions and link will be sent to all
members who have provided their emails for the purpose of
electronic voting.

C. Mail-in voting sessions will be held at church on May 14, 21 and 28
from 8:45am-9:15am (before Cantonese worship) and 10:30am-
12:30pm (from end of Cantonese worship to end of
Mandarin/English worship).
