CY Yan is the Director for Connections East
Asia at OMF Canada. Presently, CY is heavily involved in welcoming refugees and
the diaspora church from different churches. He helps connect and mobilize
missionaries to church plants globally, and develops relationships with local
churches to encourage them to do the same. He is married to Ceci, and they have
2 adult daughters – Ruth, and Dawn.

– Partnering with local churches and organizations to mentor and build teams that can go into the field.

– Building relationships and sharing skill sets to help magnify the impact.

– His travels while raising up and training new leaders to help in Western, Central, and Eastern Canada

– Seminary students fresh from Hong Kong

– The elderly in the diaspora communities

– For financial partners to help his support
level to match inflation.
