A. MCCC Annual General Meeting (AGM) – May 26, 2024, 2:00pm.
The AGM Agenda Items are:
a. Election of 2025-26 Deacons
Cantonese Congregation – Janny Wan
Mandarin Congregation – Frank Zhu
b. Approval of 2023 MCCC Audited Financial Statement
c. Approval of 2023 MCCC Annual Report

B. A pre-AGM information session will be held on May 11 (Saturday) at 10:00am on Zoom. Please use the following ZOOM link to attend the session:

C. Members can vote electronically online between May 12 and May 25. An email with voting instructions and link will be sent to all members who have provided their emails for electronic voting.

D. Mail-in voting sessions will be held at church on May 12, 19, and 26 from 8:45am to 9:15am (before Cantonese worship) and 10:30am to 12:30pm (from end of Cantonese worship to end of Mandarin/English worship).

E. The 2023 Financial Statement and 2023 Annual Report have been posted to the bulletin board in the church hallway for members to review.

F. The Noori family from Afghanistan missed the flight from New Delhi due to delayed immigration process. Please pray for the application for new air tickets and exiting visa from India. We will update you when we receive new information. We want to express our sincere thanks to all the brothers and sisters who generously donated essential items to this family.
