Time: 10:30 am to 11:45am
Instructor: Mr. Kwan Luk (Judo Black Belt 2nd Dan and certified coach, also experienced in Southern Style, Heng Yue Yen Long Kwon, Tai Chi, and Karate)
Contents: Basics of Martial Arts, self-defence technique, and “Reconciliation 12 Moves”
Parents and children (aged 6-12) are welcomed to register
