B. Special Membership Meeting (November 9, 2025) – 163 members participated in the voting in the Special Membership Meeting, representing 64% of the church membership. The 2026 church budget was approved by the members in the meeting. The General Operational Fund & Ministry of $958,742.71, Building Expansion Fund Pledge of $50,000, and the Total of $1,008,742.71.

D. The Finance Department has prepared offering records (Jan 1 to Oct 31, 2025) for members to review. Please contact Alvin Lee (Assistant Treasurer) or email m3c.finance@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding your offering record.

E. ECB has approved a proposal to renovate the main sanctuary to support a wider range of church activities. The renovation will begin as soon as practicable.

F. The roof repair was completed, which included replacement of a skylight and repairing of three spots of the roof.

G. The Board approved the adoption of Henry and Wendy Chuang as our mission workers to go to France under the Great Commission Foundation.

H. A commissioning service for Henry and Wendy is scheduled on Sunday Nov 23 at 1 pm at church sanctuary.

I. A planning committee is formed to plan for MCCC 40th anniversary in 2027. The committee members are Sam Watt (convenor), Torrey Phua, Rev. Vincent Lee, and Pastor Katherine.
