ECB News flash (March 17)

A. The Good Friday Service will be held on Friday, April 3. The Mandarin service (in-person only) and English service (in-person only) will be at 10:30 a.m., and the Cantonese service (in-person and zoom) will be at 2:00 p.m.

B. The joint Easter baptismal service will take place on Saturday, April 4 at 10:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Community Church. Please join us to witness this joyous occasion and celebrate with our brothers and sisters who are getting baptized.

The baptismal candidates:
Cantonese Congregation: Cheuk Lam Luk (Sharon)、 Chi Sum Luk ( Ryan)
Mandarin Congregation: Li Hanyu, Gao Erton, Hu Jie, Shi Ming, Huang Mindan, Wu Fengluo, Qu Junfeng
English Congregation: Kingson Fung

C. The Board has identified and approved the deacon candidates for 2027–2028. They will stand for election at the upcoming AGM.

D. The Board has approved the request from TWR Canada to use the sanctuary (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) and Room B10 (9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) on Saturday, October 3, 2026, for their graduation ceremony.
