a.When using cheques for making offering, please make sure to write the
correct year, 2017.
b January 8, 2017 will be the last day for submitting signed reimbursement
claim forms under the 2016 budget. Any claim form submitted after this due
date will not be accepted.
c. As of Sunday January 15, 2017, a new payout form will be used for church
expense reimbursement. The new form is written in both English and Chinese.
It includes instructions to guide reimbursement submission. To avoid wastage,

the remaining old payout forms are still accepted until all copies being used up.
Both old and new forms require signatures only from ministry/department
head and responsible treasurer for approval.
