a. Membership Meeting will be held on Sunday November 19. All church
members are encouraged to attend and cast their ballots for the following
items on that day:
– Approval of minutes of Membership Meeting on May 28, 2017.
– Approval of Milliken CCC budget in 2018 with a total amount of
$911,403.48.
b. Following arrangements will be taken place before the Membership Meeting:
– On October 29, church budget draft was posted on the bulletin board
outside church office.
– On November 5, draft copies of church budget are inserted in Sunday
bulletins. The first budget information sessio0n will be held in Room 101
from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
– On November 12, the second budget information session will be held in
Room 101 from 11:00 am to 11:30 am,
c. Church membership list has been revised with following reasons. First, after
receiving the letter (which was forwarded to members who have not attended
church worship for over a year), some recipients replied to give up their
member status. Second, there are internal transfers of church members
between congregations with the members’ consents for their convenience of
voting.
d. Please find the names and positions of ECB 2018 in the inserts of this
Sunday bulletin.
e. Please take extra caution when walking outside the main entrance as there is
an uneven area by the wheelchair access from the pedestrian sidewalk to the
driveway. Pylons will be placed around the area as the reminder.
