a. 2020-2021 Deacon Candidates:
Cantonese Congregation – Joseph Wong, Ophelia Lau,
Mandarin Congregation – Paul Tang,
English Congregation – Wilson Young and Wylie Poon
b. Membership Meeting: A membership meeting will be held on Sunday, May
26. All church members are strongly encouraged to participate in the voting
sessions after each worship service. Following are the items to be approved
at this meeting:
 2020-2021 Deacon Candidates
 2018 Audited Church Financial Statement
 2018 Church Annual Report
c “Mail-In Voting” Sessions for Membership Meeting: There will be sessions
on Sunday, May 12 to collect Membership Meeting votes from church
members who are unable to attend the Membership Meeting on May 26.
Details will be announced on Sunday, April 28.
d. Renewal of Contract of Pastor Josiah Tse: The contract for Pastor Josiah
Tse to serve as Assistant English Pastor is renewed for a second 1-year
period, effective June 1, 2019.
