a. The AGM will be held on November 17, next Sunday to approve the 2020
Church Budget. Voting will take place on that day after each worship service
and a member’s meeting will be held at 4:00 pm in the Main Sanctuary. All
members please attend to vote.
b. Mail-In Voting Sessions will be held on November 10, today for church
members who are unable to vote on November 17. The times and venues
for the sessions are as follows:
9:00-9:30 am in Rev. Xie’s office
10:45-11:15 am/ 12:30-1:30 pm/ 3:30-4:00 pm in Room 101
