1. MCCC Annual General Meeting (AGM) – May 15, 2022, 2:00pm.
   Agenda Items:
   A. Election of 2023-24 Deacons︰
   Cantonese Congregation –
   Irene Cheung (徐張艷賢), Janny Wan (尹夢恩)
   Mandarin Congregation – Frank Zhu (朱強)
   B. Approval of 2021 MCCC Annual Report
   C. Approval of 2021 MCCC Audited Financial Statement
   D. Approval of Stephen P.F. Chui Professional Corp as
   public accountant for preparation of 2022 MCCC
   Audited Financial Statement.
2. A pre-AGM information session will be held on April 30 (Saturday) at 10:00am on Zoom.
3. Members can vote electronically online between May 1 and
   May 14. An email with voting instructions and link will be sent
   to all members who have provided their emails for the
   purpose of electronic voting.
4. Mail-in (in-person) voting sessions will be held at church on
   May 1, 8 and 15 after Sunday Worship.
5. As MCCC is transitioning between custodial staff, all brothers
   and sisters are reminded to show their care for the church
   building by keeping the spaces in the church building clean
   during and after Sunday Worship and other activities in the
   church.
6. The 2021 Financial Statement and 2021 Annual Report has
   been posted on the bulletin board in the church hallway for
   members to peruse.
7. ECB will meet next Tuesday, Apr 19 at 7:00 pm in Zoom. All coworkers please attend.
