b. Approval of 2025 MCCC Audited Financial Statement
c. Approval of 2025 MCCC Annual Report
d. Appointing Stephen P.F. Chui Professional Corp. as public accountant for preparation of Milliken Christian Community Church’s 2026 audited financial statement.

Members can vote electronically online between May 10 and May 23. An email with voting instructions and link will be sent to all members who have provided their emails for the purpose of electronic voting.

Mail-in voting sessions will be held at church on May 10 and May 17 from 8:45-9:15am (before Cantonese worship) and 10:30-11:15am, and 12:30-1:00pm (from end of Cantonese worship to beginning of Mandarin/English worship, and after Mandarin/ English worship). Mail-in voting sessions on May 24 will only be available from 8:45-9:15am and 10:30-11:15am.
