The MCCC Membership Meeting will be held on Sunday, May 29, 2016.
MCCC members please schedule your time to come.
a. There will be an information session for deacons to answer questions today at
1:00-1:30 pm in Room 101.
b. The membership list is now posted on the bulletin board opposite to the church
office.
c. Membership voting sessions will be held after each worship service. The following
agenda items will be voted:
1/ To elect the following candidates to be MCCC deacons for 2017-2018:
Rossana Wong (Cantonese Congregation), Gary Dong (Mandarin
Congregation), Sheila Xu (Mandarin Congregation) and Frances Wen
(English Congregation)
2/ To accept the audited 2015 Financial Statement
3/ To appoint Mr. Timothy Cheng as the chartered accountant to audit MCCC
financials for 2016
4/ To approve MCCC Church Ministry Annual Report for 2015 (in the 4:00 pm
membership meeting)
d. The Annual General Meeting will be followed in the Main Sanctuary at 4:00pm.
e. The May ECB meeting will be held at 4:30pm after the membership meeting.
