Members who did not vote in the mail-in voting sessions are still
able to participate in mail-in voting by authorizing a
representative (can be a member or non-member) to pick up a
ballot and to return the completed ballot to church on their behalf.
The member and the representative must fill out and sign an
authorization form. Please contact a pastor or deacon for more
information.
