ECB News Flash (October 5, 2021)
a. Membership Meeting – The Membership Meeting originally
scheduled for Sunday, November 14 has been moved to
Sunday, November 21. Mail-In Voting sessions will take place
on Sunday November 7, Sunday November 14 and Sunday
November 21. The agenda items for the membership meeting
are
i) Approval of the 2022 MCCC Budget

ii) Amendment of MCCC bylaw to permit electronic voting at
future membership meetings.

b. Fellowships and small groups are welcome to contact the church
office to book the Main Sanctuary, basement Chapel, and
basement Room B10 for their meetings. All fellowships must
follow COVID protocol provided by the church office when using
the space.
