a. Membership Meeting – The Membership Meeting originally
scheduled for Sunday, November 14 has been moved to Sunday,
November 21. Mail-In Voting sessions will take place on Sunday
November 7, Sunday November 14 and Sunday November 21.

The agenda items for the membership meeting are:

Time: 9:00-9:15am, 10:30-11:15am, 12:30-1:00pm

Location for voting: MCCC foyer (outside the main sanctuary).

All Voters must accept COVID health screening and temperature
check at the door, and follow social distancing measures.

i) Approval of the 2022 MCCC Budget
1. General Operation & Building Operation Fund: $820,031.45
2. Building Expansion Pledge Fund: $50,000.00
TOTAL BUDGET: $870,031.45

ii) Amendment of MCCC bylaw to permit electronic voting at future
membership meetings.

Remarks: 2022 MCCC budget and Amendment of MCCC bylaw
have been inserted into this Sunday bulletin and posted on the
church notice board. Plus, the documents have been uploaded to
the church website for members review. If you have any questions,
please contact Rev. Vincent Lee.

5. MCCC Special Membership Meeting Info Session will be held on
Zoom Oct 31 at 2 pm (Sunday).

6. Membership list has been posted on the church notice board. The
last updated date was October 12, 2021. If you have any
questions, please contact church secretary Sam Cheung.

7. Fellowships and small groups are welcome to contact the church
office to book the Main Sanctuary, basement Chapel, and
basement Room B10 for their meetings. All fellowships must
follow COVID protocol provided by the church office when using
the space.
