1. MCCC Annual General Meeting (AGM) – May 15, 2022, 2:00pm Agenda Items :

a. Election of 2023-24 Deacons – Cantonese Congregation – Irene Cheung (徐張艷賢), Janny Wan (尹夢恩) , Mandarin Congregation – Frank Zhu (朱強)

b. Approval of 2021 MCCC Audited Financial Statement

c. Approval of Stephen P.F. Chui Professional Corp as public accountant for preparation of 2022 MCCC Audited Financial Statement

d. Approval of 2021 MCCC Annual Report

2. A pre-AGM information session will be held on April 30 (Saturday) at 10:00am on Zoom. A demonstration of the electronic voting process will take place in the information session.

3. Members can vote electronically online between May 1 and May 14. An email with voting instructions and link will be sent to all members who have provided their emails for the purpose of electronic voting.

4. Mail-in voting sessions will be held at church on May 1, 8 and 15 from 8:45-9:15am (before Cantonese worship) and 10:30am-12:30pm (from end of Cantonese worship to end of Mandarin/English worship)

5. The 2021 Financial Statement and 2021 Annual Report have been posted to the bulletin board in the church hallway for members to review.

6. The ECB would like to appreciate all brothers and sisters who have shown their love of the church by volunteering by cleaning up after Sunday Worship and other church activities.

7. Rev. John Hua’s Retirement Celebration – It will be held on Sunday, April 24 at 12:30pm (after Mandarin worship) in the Main Sanctuary, followed by a cake cutting outside the church building. Brothers and sisters from all congregations are welcome to attend.
