1. ACEM Special Announcement

We
regret that Rev. James Lai, our Mission Conference speaker, won’t be able to
come in person for the meeting due to the visa process.  However, he will
share messages through video recording.  In both Cantonese and Mandarin
sessions, we will have sharing from mission workers, and prayers for those
serving in the war areas.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

2. The 45th ACEM Missions Conference

After
three years of pandemic, the ACEM Missions Conference is back to an
in-person.  This year the meeting will be held on October 28 (Sat) at
Richmond Hill Christian Community Church.

  • Theme: “The Cry of the Righteous”
  • Speaker: Rev. James Lai (CNEC)
  • Program information:
  • Cantonese – 4:30 PM; Mandarin – 7:30 PM
  • Children Program: Ages 2 to 12 during the two messages
  • “Missions Expo” 3:30-7:30 pm (Chinese & English) –
  • showcasing recent field visitation trips
  • “Missions FAQ” 3:30-4:30 PM (English) –
  • with & long-term mission workers
  • Donation will be collected during the program.  We will accept cash, cheque or e-transfer, details will be announced during the program.

3. Urgent Prayer for Mission Workers in the Middle East

There are two ACEM members with
their families, and many local workers supported by ACEM serve in the Middle
East.  They are directly and indirectly
affected by the war in Israel.  May God protect
their safety. Let them fix their eyes on the Lord who is always their Rock.
