B. The church office will be closed on December 25-26 (Monday-Tuesday) and January 1 (Monday) for the Christmas/Boxing Day and New Year holidays.

C. The final days for making offering in the year 2023 will be Sunday, December 31 for physical offering and Wednesday, December 27 for online offerings. Brothers and sisters are encouraged to make end-of-year offerings to the church as soon as possible so that they can be deposited in the church account in time for the end of the year.

D. The deadline for submitting reimbursement claims under the 2023 church budget will be Sunday, January 14, 2024.

E. Deacons Wylie Poon, Joseph Wong, Ophelia Lau, and Rosanna Wong will complete their term as deacons in ECB by the end of 2023. The ECB thanks them for their service to the church and prays for blessings upon them and their families.
