ECB News Flash (September 29, 2026)
A. MCCC Special Membership Meeting – A special membership meeting will be held on Sunday, November 8 for the approval of the 2027 church budget. The 2027 Budget consists of the General & Building Operations Fund of $961,767.52, Building Fund of $30,000, and the Total of $991,767.52. The 2027 budget draft will be posted on the bulletin board in the hallway for viewing starting on October 11. More details regarding this meeting will be announced on October 11.
B. A Thanksgiving food drive will be held at church for the month of October. Please bring non-perishable food items to church for donation. The food will be sent to Gibson Centre Food Bank.

ECB News Flash (October 6, 2026)
A. MCCC Special Membership Meeting – A special membership meeting will be held on Sunday, November 8 at 1:00pm at church sanctuary for the approval of the 2027 church budget.
B. Members can vote to approve the budget through electronic voting between Sunday, October 25 and Saturday, November 7 on Election Buddy. Members who have provided their emails for voting will receive invitations on Sunday, October 25. Members who want to add/update their emails for electronic voting can send their email addresses to mcccmemberemail@gmail.com.
C. Members who have not provided their email addresses can continue to vote in-person in mail-in voting sessions at church. The mail-in voting sessions will be held on 3 Sundays (October 25, November 1, and November 8) after worship services in the main foyer.
D. The 2027 Budget consists of the General & Building Operations Fund of $961,767.52, Building Fund of $30,000, and the Total of $991,767.52.
E. The 2027 budget draft is now posted on the bulletin board in the hallway for viewing or refer to the attached PDF file.
F. An information session for the budget and the special membership meeting will be held on Saturday, October 17 at 10:00am on Zoom
